Dry Type Claw Vacuum Pumps
ZKVP series dry-type vacuum pump is manufactured with claw rotor technology as a 100% oil-free vacuum pump for applications where oil contamination is undesirable. Operating with friction-free and contactless claw rotor technology, requiring no oil in the pumping chamber, Zinisan ZKVP series dry vacuum pumps provide high energy savings and 100% clean vacuum with 5 different body sizes ranging from 140 m³/h to 500 m³/h.
100% Oil-Free Vacuum Pump
No oil or sealing liquid is used in the compression chamber. There is zero oil vapor emission into the exhaust air; it is fully compliant with food, packaging, and cleanroom standards.
Contact-Free Claw Rotors
Precision claws rotating via a synchronized gear mechanism never touch each other or the housing. Mechanical wear is eliminated, and service life is maximized.
Internal Compression Efficiency
The claw profile geometry compresses the aspirated air gradually within the chamber before discharging it. It provides up to 30% energy savings compared to equivalent dry pumps.
Air-Cooled and Low Maintenance
There is no periodic oil change or exhaust filter replacement cost. Thanks to the directly coupled air cooling fan, it operates 24/7 continuously under heavy-duty industrial conditions.
