Zinisan Vacuum: The Domestic Power of Turkish Industry
Established in 1981, Zinisan Vacuum started its commercial life by meeting the technical equipment needs of industrial enterprises, evolving into an industrial brand that localizes technologies not previously produced in Turkey.
By starting the manufacture of liquid ring vacuum pumps, which were not produced in our country during its initial years of establishment, it went beyond being merely an equipment supplier and transformed into a well-established institution that produces technology.

— Mustafa Zini, FounderIn line with the increasing demand in 1990, Zinisan relocated to its facility in Pendik, Istanbul, and added ZYVP series oil-recirculating vacuum pumps, which require more precise and advanced technology, to its product range. Undertaking critical projects in the healthcare sector, it has achieved industry leadership by supplying central medical vacuum systems to 70% of hospitals nationwide.
Today, Zinisan manufactures not only vacuum pumps but also Vaculift units capable of lifting sheet metal and glass up to 10 tons for heavy industry, 100% oil-free ZKV dry claw vacuum pumps, and central vacuum plants with capacities of up to 5000 liters.

Establishment in Karaköy Perşembe Pazarı
Founded by Mustafa Zini, Zinisan took the first step to reduce the industry's foreign dependency by initiating the domestic production of liquid ring vacuum pumps, which were not manufactured in Turkey at the time.
Relocation to Pendik Facility & Medical Vacuum Leadership
Moving to its facility in Pendik, Istanbul with increasing production volume, our company began manufacturing high-technology Oil-Circulated Vacuum Pumps (ZYVP). By installing central vacuum systems in 70% of hospitals across Turkey, it became the undisputed leader in the healthcare sector.
Computer-Aided Design & Lifting Systems
Transitioning to a larger production area, Zinisan integrated CAD/CAM software into its production lines. In addition to vacuum pumps, the production of Vaculift sheet metal, glass, and marble lifting and handling equipment for heavy industry was initiated.
High-Precision CNC Machining Centers
CNC machining centers and CNC lathes were added to the production park. Vacuum plates and thermoforming molds for tray-sealing vacuum packaging machines (traysealers) were designed, achieving a production capacity with micron precision.
Afyonkarahisar New Factory and "We Vacuum The World"
Production capacity was doubled with the high-technology manufacturing facility established in Afyonkarahisar. 100% oil-free ZKV dry-type claw vacuum pumps, 10-ton Vaculift units, and ZVS central systems are exported to world markets.
