How often should a vacuum pump undergo maintenance?

Maintenance intervals vary depending on the pump type, operating hours, and the cleanliness of the pumped medium. For oil-lubricated pumps, oil and filter conditions must be checked regularly and replaced at intervals recommended by the manufacturer. If you provide your pump's model and operating conditions, we can determine the appropriate maintenance plan together.

Do you provide service for other brands of pumps?

We primarily service Zinisan products. Please submit your request for different brand equipment along with the model information; we will evaluate compatibility and get back to you.

What happens after I submit a service request?

Your request is forwarded to our service team. Our team will call you to discuss the malfunction or maintenance requirement, and jointly determine the planning and options for either sending the pump to the factory or on-site service.

Where can I find the serial number?

The serial number and manufacturing year are written on the product label on the pump. If you cannot find it, you can send a photo of the label via our WhatsApp line.
