KVKK Clarification Text

As Zinisan Vakum Pompa Makina ve İnşaat Sanayi Tic. Limited Şirketi (the "Company"), acting as the data controller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (the "KVKK"), we process your personal data shared through our website and communication channels within the scope explained below.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Evaluating and responding to your quotation, product selection, technical information, spare parts, and service requests,

  • Ensuring the security of the website and forms, preventing misuse (spam),

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations and meeting the requests of authorized institutions.

4. Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically via channels such as quotation and contact forms on our website, e-mail, telephone, and WhatsApp. This data is processed based on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, compliance with the data controller's legal obligation, and legitimate interest within the scope of Article 5/2 of the KVKK; whereas analysis and marketing cookies are processed based on your explicit consent.

5. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the above-mentioned purposes, to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations, to our hosting, e-mail, and business partners from whom we receive services (e.g., server and e-mail service providers), and, upon your consent, to analysis/advertising service providers (Google). The servers of certain service providers may be located abroad.

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the statute of limitations stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

  • Learning whether your personal data is being processed and requesting information if it has been processed,

  • Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

  • Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Requesting the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and requesting its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK, as well as notification of such operations to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against you through analysis exclusively via automated systems,

  • Requesting compensation for damages in case you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

8. Application

You may submit your requests regarding your rights, along with information verifying your identity, by sending an e-mail to info@zinisan.com.tr or in writing to Ramazanoğlu Mah. Mimar Sinan Cad. Saadet Sok. No:7 Şeyhli – Pendik, İSTANBUL. Your applications will be finalized free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
